MOTION FOR VACATION OF JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT
The Defendants, FRANK V. SERAFINI and JEFFREY SERAFINI,
by and through their undersigned attorney, moves this court for
its entry of an Order Vacating the Final Judgment entered in this
cause and would show unto the court as follows:
1. That-the Defendants' Motion for Vacation of Judgment
was heard by this court on April 1, 1980 at which time this
court found the Defendants' Motion for Vacation of Judgment legally
sufficient .
2.. That on the 14th day of April this court entered its
order finding the Defendants' Motion for Vacation of Judgment
legally sufficient and giving the Plaintiffs thirty (30) days
in which to file a response thereto...
3. That the Plaintiffs have failed to file a response in
the time required by~ this court .

This cause having come on before this court on the
Defendants' Motion for Variation of the Final Judgment entered
