This cause coming on to be heard on the Motion of the
.Defendant, JOEL DREER, to Set Aside Default, the Final Judg-
ment and Amended Final Judgment, and the Court being fully
advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the~Defendant's Motion to Set
Aside Default, Final Judgment and Amended Final Judgment is
denied as the Defendant failed to file Affidavits setting out
facts showing excusable neglect and meritorious defense and
that because the amounts involved were liquidated damages no
I _ trial on that issue was•necessar .
