' ORDER ON COMPROMISE AND FINAL JUDGMENT
F The parties hereto and their attorneys having submitted e
a compromise settlement stipulation to this Court for its approval,
providing for payment of $112,500.00 to JUDITH BESS, as Personal
Representative of the Estate of William J. Snyder, deceased, on behal
of LAURA ANN SYYDER and WILLIAM DAVID SNYDER, minors, and CAROLYN M.
SNYDER, as parent and natural guardian and individually as the
deceased common law wife, is a fair full and adequate consideration
for said estate, the minors and CAROLYN M. SNYDER, individually,
as a result of the accident and death resulting therefrom, the
Defendant denying liability therefor, and that the settlement is
beneficial to all parties concerned, and 'the Court being otherwise
fully advised in the premises; it is thereupon, ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, JUDITH BESS,
as Personal Representative of the Estate of William J. Snyder,
deceased, have and recover from and the Defendants, ROGER EUGENE
MOYER and SHERt9AN ROSECRANTS, d/b/a ECONOMY TRUCKING, the sum of
$112,500.00. It is further,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that upon payment of $112,500.00 to
JUDITH BESS,as Personal Representative of the .Estate of William J.
Snyder, deceased, on behalf of the estate and said minor children
that said JUDITH BESS, as Personal Representative of the Estate of
William J. Snyder, deceased, give full and complete satisfaction-and
