DISSOLUTIOA-OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the 8th day of
May, 1980, upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court having given
full consideration to all the evidence and observed the demeanor and
physical condition of the witnesses, and all parties having been
represented by counsel, finds and determines: This Court has 3uris-
diction of the parties and the sub3 ect matter of this suit; that the
relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; that the
marriage is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between JOHN SULLIVAN, Husband,
and LIDA SULLIVAN, Wife, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
DONE AND ORDE at Vero Beach, Indian River County, Florida, ,
