O R D E R
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon Motion for Order
Compelling Discovery, filed herein by the Wife, after argument
of counsel in open Court, and the Court being fully, advised in
the premises, it is, F
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband shall furnish his
Accountant with a copy of the Wife's Notice to Produce.
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband shall instruct his
Accountant to prepare the items requested in said Notice to Produce
within ten (10) days from date of this Order; and it is further j
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband shall instruct his
Accountant to prepare the items~in said Notice to Produce in such `
a manner as to facilitate the identity of said items. The
Accountant shall prepare the items in separate bundles, or
packets, and not in a lump-sum fashion.
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Accountant's fee shall be
taxed as costs against the losing party hereto. Such costs to
be awarded at the final outcome of this cause.
