AMENDMENT TO FINAL JUDGMENT
This matter coming on to be heard upon the consent of i-
the parties, and the court being advised that the property set
out in the Final Judgment was not accurately described nor as
agreed upon between the parties, the Final Judgment herein is
hereby amended,-and it is
a
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The Wife, ANTIONETTE MESITO, shall transfer to the '
Husband, GUIDO MESITO, by quit claim deed, the following described
property:
Commencing at the center/~~ ~g~ship
36 South, Range 40 Eat`', n es 3 ee to
the point of-beginning: From said point of be-
ginning run East 50 feet; thence South 100 feet;
thence West 50 feet; thence North 100 feet, to
point of beginning. Subject to any rights of
way for public roads.
2. The Husband, GUIDO MESITO, shall transfer to the Wife, t
ANTIONETTE MESITO, by quit claim deed,-the following described
property: ,
{ Beginning at the NE corner of the N 375 feet of
the S~ of the NE's .of the SEA of Section 5, Town-
ship 36 South, Range 40 East, run West 25 feet
to point of beginning: From said point of beginning
continue West 368.4 feet to a point; thence turn
and run South 204 feet to a point; thence-turn and
run East 368.4 feet to a point; thence turn and run
~ North 204 feet to point of beginning, said land
~ lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida.

3. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto is ~
retained for the entry of such further Orders as may he necessary.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida this day of May, 1980, nunc pro tunc March
