INSTALLMENT SALE CONTRACT E

THIS CONTRACT is entered into this~day of
1980, by and between ROLAND H. W. WATRINS and
SHEENA E. WATKINS, his wife, of Lake Forest, Illinois,
hereinafter referred to as "Sellers", and ANSO A. BERGONZI and
JEANETTE M. BERGONZI, his wife, of Port St. Lucie, Florida,
hereinafter referred to as "Buyers".

real property situate in the City of Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie

WHEREAS, Sellers desire to sell and Buyers desire
to purchase the aforesaid property for the purchase price and on
the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
NOW THEREFORE WITNESSETH:
IN CONSIDERATION of the reciprocal promises and in
furtherance of their objective, Sellers agree to sell and Buyers
agree to purchase from the Sellers the aforesaid property,

including all rights and appurtenances incident thereto, subject
only to the matters as hereinafter set forth, the parties agree
as follows:
1. The entire purchase price for the property is
the sum of FORTY THOUSAND AND NO/100 ($40,000.00) DOLLARS.
2. The sum of FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100 ($500.00)
DOLLARS has been paid as a down payment by the Buyers to the
Sellers prior to or simultaneously with the execution of this i
Agreement, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the
~ Sellers. This sum is being held by ALLO REALTY, INC., as Escrow ;
Agent.

3. The balance of the purchase price in the sum
