pay no further title expense at the delivery of the Deed other
than such expense as may be occasioned by acts or omissions of
Sellers. -
17. The deed provided for herein shall be issued .
to the Buyers~or their nominee and shall be made subject to
title objections shown in •the Report of Title referred to in
paragraph 16 above, title objections resulting from the acts
or omissions of the party of the Buyers, applicable zoning and
building ordinances, and unpaid taxes and assessments, if any.
18. No alteration or improvement to the building
or buildings on said premises costing in excess of Five Hundred
Dollars ($500.00) shall be made without the written consent of
the Sellers first had and obtained.
19. This contract shall not be transferred or
-assigned without the written consent of the Sellers first had
and obtained.
