governmental authority or any other line which may be legally established as

AC1WO~VLEDGl~1FM' AND ACC1iPTANCE BY GRANTEE
Gtantee, by acceptance and execution of this deed, acknowledges that this con-
veyance is subject in every respect to said Declaration of Condominium and exhibits
thereto (and amendments, addendums and/or supplc~nents to said Declaration and said
exhibits), including, but not limited_to, the said Membership Agreement (anfl'amendments, `
addendums and/or supplements thereto). Grantee acknowledges that each and every pro-
vision of the aforementioned documents and all maintenance and management of OCEANA
OCEANFRONT OONDOMINIUi~i ONE as a residential condominium of the highest standards, and
Grantee, for and on behalf of himself, his heirs and assigns, .agrees to abide by all the
teams of said documents.
Grantee hereby expressly ratifies and confirms the execution of said Membership
Agreement (and any amendments, addendums and/or supplements thereto) by OCEANA OF
HUTCHINSON ISLAND, INC.; on behalf of Grantee herein and other grantees of apartments
in the Condominium and further ratifies and confirms the execution of said Membership
Agreement (and any amendments, addendt~ms and/or supplements thereto by Oceana Recreation
Association, Inc.).
