7. On filing the Certificate of Title, Defendants,
Pearson Industries, Inc. and Kenneth A. Wolis, as Trustee,
and all persons claiming under or against them since the
filing of the Notice of Lis Pendens, are foreclosed of all
estate or claim in the property and the purchaser at the sale
shall be let into possession of the property. ~ -
8. The reasonable fee for the services rendered
by the attorney for the Plaintiff is the sum of

reasonable attorney's fee to be allowed to the Plaintiff for
the services of its attorney which sum is also due and owing
as set forth above.
9. Jurisdiction of this action is retained to
enter further Orders as are proper, including without limita-
tion, Writs of Assistance and Deficiency Judgments.
