oaths and take acknowledgments, personally appeared Jan E. Browning
who after being first duly cautioned and sworn, deposes and says as
foll-ows:

surveyor under the laws of the STATE OF FLORIDA,

2. This Certificate is made as to TARPON BAY YACHT
CLUB CONDOMINIUM H located at Tarpon .Bay Yacht
Club, 3100 Pruitt Road, Port St. Lucie, Florida. ~
3. The construction of the improvements comprising
the condominium is substantially complete so that i
the materials that comprise Exhibit "B" to the
Declaration of Condominium, together with the pro-
visions of said Declaration describing the Condo-
minium Property, are an accurate representation of
the location and dimensions of the improvements,
and the identification, location and dimensions of
the Common Elements within the Condominium can be
determined from the materials.
