Mrs. Nardelli's care, she will be eligible for readmission under
the Medicaid program and her care will be insured.
G. In addition to the above, neither the guardian nor
his attorney has received any remuneration for their services per-
formed herein, and there are insufficient funds with which to pay
these and other costs as they come due.
3. The petitioner desires to sell the property of the ward
to ROBERT SATCHWILL and DARRELL FRANKLIN for the sum of $8,000.00
under the terms of a contract for sale and purchase, a copy of
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
4. The petitioner believes that the terms outlined in the
contract are the best available at this time given the presently
existing market for property of this type. Said property is in
extremely delapitated condition. The ceiling has fallen onto the
floor, the roof leaks, and the wiring is very dangerous. The
petitioner has only valued the property at the value of the land in
question. The petitioner has been attempting to sell this property
for a higher price for several months, but has been unable to obtain

I a higher bid from anyone on the property. It will be necessary that,

from the purchase price, a brokerage fee be paid to the firm of
FURST, SNYDER AND ARMFIELD, INC., for their assistance in obtaining
this sale.
WHEREFORE, petitioner requests that an order be entered
authorizing him to sell the above described property on the conditions
and terms set forth in the contract attached to this petition.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read the
foregoing,•and the facts therein are true to the best of my knowledge
and belief.
