ORDER OF SALE
On the petition of the guardian of the property of the above
incompetent for an order authorizing the guardian to sell certain
property of his ward, the Court having examined the file in this
proceeding and having considered the evidence p3tesented; and it
appearing to the Court that it is in the best interest of the ward
for the property to be sold; and that the Court being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is
ADJUDGED that the guardian is authorized to sell the following
described property belonging to. his ward: 116 Alma Court, Fort
Pierce, Florida 33450, Hopkins Subdivision, West 108 feet of -
Section II, Lot 4 located in St. Lucie County, Florida.
And, the terms of the sale shall be those set out in the
contract for sell and purchase which was attached to the petition

herein.
