ORDER APPOINTING GUARDIANS UPON
PETITION FOR VOLUNTARY GUARDIANSHIP
The Petition of JOHANNE NANSEN for the appointment of
guardians of her property coming on this day to be heard; and
it appearing to the court zh~t said person is incapable of
the care, custody and management of her estate by reason of
age or physical infirmity and that it is necessary fora
guardian to be appointed; and the court having jurisdiction and
being fully advised, it is
ADJUDGED that BONITA HA'.ZSEN KEYES and LEWIS WITT are
hereby appointed as guardians of the property of JOHANNE
HANSEN, a physically incapacitated person.
ADJUDGED FURTHER that said BONITA HANSE~I KEYES and
j LEWIS WITT are required to give bond in the amount of $ S~D o oo. 00

payable to the Governor of the State of Florida and to his
successors in office, conditioned on the faithful performance
of all dues by the guardians, according to law.
