sale of the above property upon the terms and conditions set forth
in the offer from Harris Construction Corporation with the guardian-
ship receiving three-fourths (2/4) of the net proceeds from the
sale.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read and
examined the foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best
of my knowledge and belief.
