annum interest and that it is repayable at the rate cf at
least $155.87 per month until paid in full.
(4)That the present mortgagees provide us with an estoppel
letter from the present mortgagors confirming the still and
present existence of the r:ortgage, the unpaid principal bal-
' ante still due, the interest rate and repayment rate and -
when the next scheduled payment is due.
