ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE
On the petition of John Stafford, guardian of the property
of .the above estate, the Court having determined that it is in the
best interest of the estate that certain assets of the estate be
sold in order to provide funds for nursing home care .for the ward,
that the best interest of the estate will be served by a sale of
the property at a private sale and that the sale should be for the
sum of $4,050.00, less 3/4 of the cost of the mortgage title in-
surance policy, it is
ADJUDGED that petitioner as guardian of the property of the
above estate is authorized to sell the 3/4 interest in that certain
note and mortgage dated June 17, 1977 from Danny Lee Shearer and
Mary M. Shearer, his wife, to .Virginia Stafford and John Stafford -
for the sum of $4,050.00, pursuant to the offer dated May 21, 1980
from Harris Construction Corporation, a copy of which is attached
hereto. The guardianship shall bear 3/4 of the cost of the mortgagee
title insurance policy required by the terms of said offer.
