SAMPSON and WILLIAM F. SAMPSON, hereinafter referred to as Sellers, and MICHArL A. LAMOND and SANDRA W. LA_MOND, his wife, hereinafter referred to as Purchasers. WITNESSETH: That in consideration of the mutual promises - and convenants in this Agreement and other valuable consideration ` passing between the parties to it, the Sellers agree to sell and s r>•~ the Purchasers agree to buy the following described property, situated, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida: Lot 23, Block D, Lakewood Park 1 - Subdivision, Addition No. 1, according to the plat thereof filed in Plat Book 17, page 23, of St. Lucie County, Florida. The total purchase price of the property shall be the sum of Thirty Nine Thousand Six Hundred~Fifty {539,650.00} Dollars payable at the times and in the manner following: Eight Thousand ($8,000.00) Dollars paid on or before the signing of this Agreement cahich is acknowledged by the Sellers; the balance of Thirty One Thousand Six Hundred Fifty (S31,G50.00) Dollars payable in six (6) consecutive monthly payments, to bear j interest at the rate of fourteen (14) percent ner annum on the unpaid balance. Payments are to be made in the amount of Three Nnn~rPrl Thirty rS'~~~_nn~ Dollars per month commencing on June 10, t - 19~i0 and continuing thereafter for five (5) consecutive calendar E months. On the sixth (5th) calendar month the Purchasers shall ~ pay the Sellers the outstanding balance of Thirty One Thousand s ° Eight Hundred Eighty Five and 50/100 (531,885.50) Dollars, princip 1 and interest due and owing.
