remise, release, convey, assign, and confirm unto the said Mortgagee all that certain parcel of land of which the
said Mortgagor is now seised and possessed and in actual possession, situated in the county of ST . LUC I E sad
State of Florida, described as follows:
Lot 15, Block 275, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION TWO, according
to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, page 12A _
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Should the Veteran's Administration for any reason fail or
refuse to issue the Loan Guaranty Certification in accordance
with the provision of the servicemen's readjustment act
of 1944, as amended, and the Certificate of Commitment
issued by the Veteran's Administration to guarantee the
loan secured by this Mortgage within 60 days of date hereof,
the Mortgagee may at its option declare all sums secured by
this Mortgage immediately due and payable.
