PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED

1980, between HILDRETH BOYLE and JOHN M. McCARTY, Co-Pers nal
Representatives of the Estate of MARGARET M. NANNAN, deceased,
party of the first part; and DON REED, a single adult, whose
mailing address is 1208 Texas Court, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450,
party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, that said party of the first part, pursuant to
the-power of sale contained in the last Will of the decedent and
the Consent to this sale signed by the devisee of said real property
under the decedent's last Will, and in consideration of the sum of
$10.00 and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid,
grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and
confirms to the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns
forever, the real property .in St. Lucie County, Florida, described
as:
Lot 16, Block 56, RIVER PARK, UiJIT 6, as recorded
in Plat Book 12, at page 28, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
SUBJECT TO restrictions, reservations, easements,
and covenants of record.

TOGETHER with all -and singular the tenements, hereditaments

~ and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that
real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the party of the second
part, his heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.

the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, that in all
things preliminary to and in and about the sale and this conveyance
