BEGIN at the Point of Intersection of a line lying
691.10 feet North of as measured on the perpendicular and
parallel to the South line of Section 35, Twp. 36 South, Rge.
41 East, St. Lucie County, Florida and the Easterly right of

said Easterly right of way line a distance of 454.96 feet to
the Point of Curvature of a curve concave to the Northeast,
having a radius of 11,409.20 feet; thence run Southeasterly
along the arc of said curve a distance of 277.40 feet, through
a central angle of 1° 23' 35" to the Point of Intersection with
the South line of said Section 35; thence run N 88° 37' 29"
E along said South line a distance of 569.00 feet, more or less,
to the waters of the Atlantic Ocean; thence meander said waters
Northwesterly, a distance of 736.00 feet, more or less, to the
Point of Intersection with said line lying 691.10 feet North
of as measured on the perpendicular and parallel to the South

of 547.00 feet, more or less, to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
