HomeMy WebLinkAbout0336 o AGREEI~'~NT in o this - da of - THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered t y November, 1979, by and between OCEAN TOWERS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, c/o Sotolongo Development Corporation, Bessemer Building, Suite 203, Sewall's Point, Jensen Beach, Florida 33457, hereinafter referred to as "OCEAN T01~TERS", and•ISLAND VILLAGE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida -corporation, c/o Sotolongo Development Corporation, Bessemer Building, Suite 203, Sewall's Point, Jensen Beach, Florida 33957, hereinafter ref erred to as "ISLAND VILLAGE", W I T N E S S E H WHEREAS, OCEAN TOWERS is the owner/developer of a one hundred fifty-eight (158) unit residential condominium project vresently under construction on certain lands lying East of State Road A-1-A, Hutchinson Island, St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, - and WHEREAS, OCEAN TOWERS is the owner/developer of a sewage and ` potable water treatment facility now under construction on certain i i lands lying West of State Road A-1-A, Hutchinson Island, St. Lucie ,E Cc~^r±-•' Flcr~a~, I~NiV t%Yi ~~i:iiinLij% uc~Lll~eQ In t:XlllDlt "~3` attac~led ~ l hereto and made a part hereof, and s ~ WHEREAS, ISLAND VILLAGE intends, subject to the closing of a t - construction loan with Pennamco, Inc., a Delaware corporation, to 5 construct thirty-two (32) townhouse residential units to be located in eight (8) separate buildings, consisting of four (4) units each, said townhouses to be constructed on certain lands also lying West of State Road A-1-A, Hutchinson Island, St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described in Exhibit "C" attached hereto and made a part hereof, said lands of ISLAND VILLAGE being contiguous a 5 EXHIBIT ~ 8C~(JJ~ Pl.GE t _ Q. sr - _I 's~;y'
