fications thereof shall be construed and interpreted according
to the laws of the State of Florida.
8. This Agreement shall run with the lands described
herein and be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the
successors and assigns of the parties hereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed
