THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon LUCIELAND
CORPORATION's t4otion for Payment of Real Estate Broker's Com-
mission from Money Interpled by Lucieland Corporation and the
Court having heard the arguments of counsel and being fully
advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as
follows:
1. The $2,012.50 deposited into the Court Registry by
LUCIELAND CORPORATION shall be held in GUY R. BRUNI's TRUST
ACCOUNT pending an evidentiary hearing before this Court to
determine which parties are entitled to areal estate commission
`and the amounts thereof.
I 2. The Defendant, BETTY E. DAIGLE, is hereby given ten
(10) days from the date of this Order to file a responsive
pleading setting forth the basis upon which she feels no real
estate commission is due.
