THIS MAZ•TER having come on to be heard upon the Defendant,
PLASTIC INDUSTRIES, INC.'s, Motion for Stay Pending Review, argument
of counsel having been heard, and the Court having been otherZaise fully
advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion for Stay is granted,
with the following exceptions:
1. The depositions of the following individuals may be
taken:
a) The representatives of PLASTIC INDUSTRIES, INC. who
are scheduled for May 29,.1980;
b) The deposition of Howard Bowman and the records proce-
dure, which is taking place at the present time;
c) The deposition of Bart Nisonson, M.D.;
d) The deposition of Walter Shearer, former employee of

~ MURPHY MILLER, INC;
e) The deposition of the President of MURPHY MILLER, INC.
2. As to all other depositions, they shall be stayed, unless
a bond is posted to cover the expenses of PLASTIC INDUSTRIES, INC., said
amount to be determined at a later date. In the alternative and with

g good cause, .this bond requirement may be waived with permission of the
~ Court.
3. As to all non-deposition discovery, between the parties,
except for PLASTIC INDUSTRIES, INC., the discovery may continue, with
F copies certified to PLASTIC INDUSTRIES, INC.
