ZT APPEARING from the evidence before the Court that GENE HERCULES
WILLIAMS has failed to pay the child support as required by the Final
Judgment of this Court entered on the 3rd day of December, 1979, and is
as of this date May 23, 1980, in arrears $233.00, including Court Costs,
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in contempt of
this Court but may purge himself of this contempt by hereafter paying the
5233.00 arrearage at the rate of $80.00 per month, each and every month,
commencing the end of May, 1980. These payments to be in addition to the
regular $20.00 per week support payments, plus the Statutory Clerk's fee
of $2.00. Payments to be made in cash, cashier's check or money order.
If the Responded GENE HERCULES WILLIAMS, does not purge himself of his
contempt as provided for above, he shall be required, upon written
i
affidavit of the Petitioner, to show cause why he should not be incar-
I -
cerated in the St. Lucie County Jail for 60 days.
~ FURTHER ORDERED to pay the balance of arrears at the rate of $80.00

~ the end of June, 1980 and $73.00 the end of July, 1980. Regular payments

are to be made each and every week to the Clerk of Circuit Court.
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for
the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
