ADJUDICATION OF CONTEMPT
IT APPEARING from the evidence before the Court that COLUrmUS CHRISTOPHER
COLEMAN, III was gainfully employed during the period in question, find he has will-
fully failed and refused to pay the child support as required by the Final Judgment of
this Court entered on the 6th day of December, 1979, and is, as of May 23, 1980, in
arrears $1,002.00 plus Court Costs of $13.00 for a~total of $1,015.00, it fs:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in contempt of this
Court but may purge himself of this contempt by hereafter paying the $1,015.00 arrear-
age at the rate of $100.00 every other week commencing September 1st, 1980. These pay-
ments to be in addition to the regular $130.00 support payments provided for in the Final
Judgment-Dissolution of ?carriage. Regular support payments to continue on June 6, 1980,
and as with all payments to include an additional $2.00 Statutory Clerk's fee and are to
be made in cash, or by cashier's check or money order payable to the Clerk of Circuit
Court. If Respondent COLUMBUS CHRISTOPHER COLEMAN, III does not purge himself of his

be required upon written affidavit of the Petitioner ROBERTA DIANE COLEMAN to serve
SIXTY (60) days in the St. Lucie County jail.
