6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this estate are:
Proceeds of an insurance policy with American Heritage Life
Insurance Company which said proceeds secure the balance of a
Mortgage of decedent and petitioner with Barnett Mortgage
Company and required by said mortgage company. Said amount is
undetermined at this time. (under X60,000)
7. After the exercise of reasonable diligence, petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked wills
or codicils of decedent.
Petitioner requests that he, TEALMA DAWSEY, be appointed
personal representative of the estate of the decedent.
Under penalties of perjury I declare that I have read the foregoing and the facts alleged are
true, to the best of my knowledge and belief.
