The undersigned petitioners allege:
1. Petitioners have an interest in the above estate
as heirs and beneficiaries under the Last Will. and Testament of
decedent. JOHN F. B. CLARK: Their names and addresses are set
forth in paragraph 3 and the name and address of their attorney
are as set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, JOHN F. B. CLARK, whose last known
address was 10 Santa Maria Court, Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452,
died on November 21, 1979, at Martin Memorial Hospital, Stuart,
Martin County, Florida, and at the time of death decedent was
domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries

of this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent,
and the ages of any who are minors, are:
