I, JOHN F. B. CLARK, a resident of St. Lucie County,
being of sound and disposing mind and memory do hereby make,
publish, and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking any an 11 wills and codicils be me heretofore made.
I.
i hereby direct my personal representative named herein-
after to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after
my decease as may be convenient.
II.
I hereby give, devise and bequeath all my property and
estate, both real and personal, of whatsoever nature it may consist
and wheresoever situated to my children; my son, JOHN CLARK and
my daughter, JANET CLARK TYSON to be theirs share and share alike.
In the event that either of my children shall predecease me, then
his or her share shall pass to their children per stirpes.
III.
I hereby appoint my daughter, JANET CLARK TYSON, as personal

representative of this my Last Will and Testament. I hereby
authorize my personal representative of this my Last Will and
Testament to serve as such without the posting of any bond in
regard to the execution of this my Last Will and Testament. I
further authorize said personal representative to do any and all
things in regard to the administration of my estate that I might
do myself in regard to the disposition of my property.
