The foregoing instrument was on the date hereof indicated
subscribed by JOHN F. B. CLARK, in our presence and in the presence
of each other, and he at the same time declared to us the said
instrument to be his Last Will and Testament, and we, thereupon,
at his special insistance and request and in his presence and in
the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names
as witnesses.
