On the petition of JANET CLARK TYSON and JOHN CLARK
for Family Administration of the Estate of JOHN F. B. CLARK,
deceased, the court finding that the decedent died on the
21st day of November, 1979; that all interested persons have
been served proper notice of this hearing, or have waived
notice thereof; that the material allegations of the petition
are true; and that an Order of Family Administration should
be entered in this estate in accordance with the petition, it
is -
ADJUDGED that there be immediate distribution of the
assets of the decedent as follows:
