I, REUBEN MEADOW, domiciled and residing in St. Lucie
County, Florida, declare this instrument to be my Last Will
and Testament, hereby revoking all prior wills made by me.
FIRST: I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses, expenses of my last illness and costs of administering
my estate be paid as soon as practicable after my death.
SECOND: I give my daughter, FLORENCE RETTIG, of 950
E. 16th Street, Brooklyn, New York, the sum of TWO THOUSAND
FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2,500.00); I give my grandson, LANCE
RETTIG, the sum of ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000.00).
THIRD: All the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate, both real and personal, I give to my Wife, MARGARET
MEADOW, provided she survives me for thirty. (30) days.
FOURTH: In the event that my Wife, MARGARET MEADOW,
does not survive me for thirty (30) days, I give my entire
estate to CAROL ANN GIORDANO, residing at 2355 Willow Street,
Wantaugh, Long Island, New York, and to ROBERTA HARRIET McQUADE,

JR., residing at 930-15 Merrick Blvd., Baldwin, New York,
in equal per stirpital shares. For the purposes of determining

E my gross estate, the lot which I own on Butler Street in Port

St. Lucie, Florida, is not to be considered since my daughter,

ROBERTA HARRIET McQUADE, JR., has taken over the payments

for this lot and it is my intention that this property go
~ to her and be hers alone. In other words, this lot is not
to be taken into consideration in determining the one-half
equal share to which ROBERTA HARRIET McQUADE, JR., is entitled
under this Will.
FIFTH: I appoint my Wife, MARGARET MEADOW, Executor
of this Will and of my estate. If she is unable or unwilling

to serve, I appoint my daughter, CAROL ANN GIORDANO, to be
Successor Executor. The Executor of this will shall serve
without compensation and shall not be required to furnish bond.
