EASEMENT
The party of thG first part, TURNER McLOCKLIN, INC.,
and the party of the second part, CITY OF FORT PIERCE, COUNTY
OF ST. LUCIE, FLORIDA, provide that, for and in consideration
of the covenants herein contained, the party of the first part
does hereby grant unto the party of the second part an ease-
ment for the use and benefit of the public for sidewalk purposes.
Said easement, located in the City of Fort Pierce, County of
St. Lucie, and State of Florida, is described as follows,
to-wit:
The East 2 feet and the South 2 feet of
the East 270 feet of Lot 36, Maravilla
Gardens, Sub-Unit 1, St. Lucie County,
Florida, according to a plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book Page
Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, reserving unto the party of the
first part the reversion or reversions
thereof whenever the use for sidewalk
purposes is discontinued or upon the
breach of the following covenant and
condition:
1. That the party of the second
part accepts the sidewalk in its present
condition and state of repair and cove-
nants and agrees to keep said sidewalk
in good condition and repair at all
times at its own expense, rP~nnn~ihility
and liability.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part -
has hereunto set their hands and seals this 1st day of
