For value received, I, we, or either of us, promise to pay, without de-
falcation, to the order of FIRST FEDERAL SAYINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT
PIERCE at Fort Pierce, Florida, the sum of S 60,000.00 with interest
from the date at the rate of 14,5. ~ per annum, in monthly installments
as follows: S 819.30 on the 10th day of _~jn 1980 and a -
like sum on the corresponding day of each month. thereafter unti the whole
be fully paid.

on the unpaid balance of the principal sum. If default is made in the payment
of any installment when due, and such default continues 30 days, then at the
option of the holder, and without any other notice, all the remaining installments .
shall be due and payable at once. If, within five years from the date of this
Note, Borrower makes prepayment, Borrower shall pay the Note holder 7.25 f`~
percent of the amount prepaid. Neither forbearance, nor acceptance by the holder
thereof after ar~y default in any payment hereon, shall be deemed extension. A
late payment charge of S 40.96 shal_1 be assessed the 26th day of the month,
if a regular business day, or, if not a regular business day, then the next
business day, on each monthly installment not then received.
f Each maker,surety and endorser hereof, jointly and severally waives demand,
presentment protest and notice of protest for nonpayment, and further agrees
` to any extension of time payment, either before or after maturity, without
notice to any of us; and to pay all costs of collection, including a reasonable
attorney's fee in the event of any default hereunder, and hereby severally
waives all benefit of homestead and exemption under the constitution and laws
a of each State of the United States, as against this obligation or any extension
or renewal hereof .
