CORRECTIVE CLAIM OF LIEN
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared this day,
VINCE STRATFORD, who being first duly sworn, says:
That my name is VINCE STRATFORD and that I am the president of the
Board of Directors. of HOLIDAY OUT AT ST. LUCIE, A CONDOMINIUM, a corporation
not for profit, organized and existing under the laws of the State of
Florida, and that as such officer, I am duly authorized to make this
Corrective Claim of Lien.
That the aforesaid corporation is the association responsible for the
operation of HOLIDAY OUT AT ST. LUCIE, A CONDOMINIUM, as provided in the
Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 168, page 1348, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and amendments thereto. •
That on May 9, 1980, HOLIDAY OUT AT ST. LUCIE, A CONDOMINIUM, filed
a Claim of Lien against certain property owners, bearing the date of May 6,
1980, recorded in O.R. Book 331, page 153, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. Said Claim of Lien set out erroneous numbered lots.
THIS CORRECTIVE CLAIM OF LIEN IS MADE FOR THE PURPOSE OF COP.RECTING
THE LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS IN THE ABOVE SAID CLAIM pF LIEN, TO READ AS FOLLOWS:
