MILLER and JAMES E. HATFIELD; W I T N E S S WHEREAS, JAMES R. TURNER, JOSEPH G. MILLER and JAMES E. HATFIELD, hereinafter referred to as Developers, own the fee simple title to the following described real property in St. Lucie County, Florida: PARCEL 1: The West 41.4 feet of Lot 1 and the East 1/2 of Lot 2, Block 2 of Thomas Sub- division, as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 70, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. PARCEL 2: The West 48.6 feet of abandoned South 6th Street and Lot 1, less the West 41.4 feet, Block 2 of Thomas Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 70, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. PARCEL 3: The East 11.4 feet of abandoned South 6th Street and all of Lot 9, Block 1 of Thomas Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 70, Public Records of St~. Lucre County, Florida; and I; WHEREAS, Developers wish to construct three (3) k duplexes upon the above described land, said construction to be accomplished in two phases, all as more particularly set I forth in that certain duplex plot plan Number 1279 prepared by James R.
