Include in such sale, gift, or other transfer of title the fee simple title to three (3) spaces (for each duplex) in the parking area shown on the afore- said duplex plot plan; or B. Concurrently with such sale, gift, or other transfer of title, grant unto the acquiring party a perpetual exclusive easement for parking in three (3) spaces (for each duplex) in the parking area shown on the aforementioned duplex plot plan. Any such ease- ment so granted shall be considered an appurtenance to the duplex subject to such sale, gift, or other transfer of title. 2. This Declaration shall be a covenant running with the above described land for a period of twenty-five ( 25 ) years from the date hereto and shall be for the benef it of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida and its successors. This Declaration shall be binding upon the Developers and their - Personal Representatives, beneficiaries and assigns.
