FINAL JUDGMENT ~'OR PLAINTIFFS
This cause came on to be heard upon the first amended
complaint filed by the Plaintiffs, the answer and counter-claim
filed by the Defendant, and the answer to said counter-claim filed
by the Plaintiffs. Thereafter the parties entered into a stipulation
agreeing to the entry by the court of the instant final judgment.
Based on the stipulation and with the court being fully advised

a Tennessee corporation, Ridgefields, Inc. , F~f'~e~se~s~r_p_oration,
Charlyne Edwards Hayden, Betsy Edwards Exum and C. P. Edwards, III,
jointly and severally, and The Fifth Third Bank, an Ohio banking
corporation, according to their interest do have and recover from
the Defendant, Fondren Mitchell, the sum of $778,868.U5 and judgment
is hereby entered in favor of the Plaintiffs for said amount against
the Defendant.
2. That the counter -claim filed by the Defendant is
dismissed with prejudice and the Defendant shall go hence without
day on said counter-claim.
3_ That each party shall be responsible for its own
cost and expenses including attorney's fees.
4. That this judgment shall bear interest at the rate
of 6$ per annum commencing from the date of same until same is
fully paid and satisfied. ~
