TOGETHER WITH the undivided interest in the common elements declared~in said Declaration
of Condominium to be an appurtenance to the above-described condominium dwelling unit.
The Grantee by acceptance of this Deed, hereby expressly assumes and agrees to be bound
by and comply with all the covenants, terms, provisions and conditions set forth and
contained in the aforesaid described Declaration of Condominium, including, but not limited
to the obligations to make payment of assessments for the maintenance and operation of
