THIS INDENTURE, made and entered into on the ~.1 day of

individually, and as Personal Representative of the Estate of
WILLIAM GURNACK, a/k/a WILLIAM E. GURNACK, a/k/a WILLIAM EDWARD
GURNACK, Deceased, whose address is 2125 Oakwood Lane, Arlington,
Texas 76012, Grantor, and CHARLES R.L. WHITE, as Trustee, whose ~

the Grantees, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has

confirmed unto the Grantees, their heirs, or assigns forever, f

to all the terms, conditions, restrictions, easements, ~

~ beginning on Page 2128, together with all exhibits and
attachments thereto, and any subsequent amendments ~
thereto, all of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, together with an undivided share
