attachments thereto, and any subsequent amendments thereto, all of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements
appurtenant thereto and including all appurtenances included with the condominium
unit described above.
SUBJECT TO restrictions, reservations, easements, rights-of-way and limitations of
record, zoning and/or other prohibitions imposed by_ 4overnmental authority and taxes
