Debtor's interest under a proprietary lease between OCEAN RESuR'1'S
CO-OP, ZNC., as Lessor and Debtor as 'Lessee in Campsite No. /'JD in
BRYN MAWR OCEAN RESORTS, a campsite cooperative situate on certain
real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described
as follows:
The South 1000 feet of that part of Government Lot 3, Section
11, Township 34 South, Range 40 East as measured along the
East right-of-way of State Road A-1-A and lying East of said
right-of-way; Together with all of that property lying South

to the Indian River 3828.75 feet South of and parallel to the
