BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared DOROTHY A. CHADOURNE ,who, being first duly sworn, deposes and
says:
1. That she and her husband ALBERT P. CHADOURNE
were the owners of the following described property, to-wit: '
Lot 13, Block 8, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION TWENTY-
FIVE, according to the plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 13, Page 32 of the Public Records of
_St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That she and the said Albert P. Chadourne were
married prior to October 14, 1971 and said marriage continued without
interruption until ~Y 21, 1979 the date of his death.
