Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
IRENE J. STEWART, who, being first duly sworn, deposes and
says that:
1. She and her husband, J. Ray .Stewart a/k/a John R.
Stewart, were the owners of the following described
property to-wit:
Condominium Parcel: Block D, Lot 20, HOLIDAY
OUT AT ST. LUCIE, a condominium, according to
the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded
in Official Records Book-168 at page 1348 of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
As provided for by the Condominium act of the
Statutes of the State of Florida (Chapter 711,
EtSeq 165) said description in this conveyance
includes, but is not limited to, all appurte-
- ~ nances to this condominium parcel above described,
including the limited common elements assigned
thereto, and including the undivided interest
in the common elements of said Condominium.
2. She and the said J. Ray Stewart a/k/a John R. Stewart
were married prior to September 8, 1967, and said
marriage continued without interruption until June 23,
i 1973, the date of his death.
