COMES now the undersigned Assistant State Attorney of the
19th Judicial Circuit of the State of Florida, and shows unto the Court
that the Respondent is now residing outside the jurisiction of St.
Lucie County, Florida, and is residing at 50 Alhambra Circle, Apt. ~4,
Coral Gables, Florida 33134. -
THEREFORE, it is respectfully moved that the Clerk of the '
Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, Florida, be instructed to transfer
the entire original file on this matter to the Clerk of the Circuit
Court, Dade County Courthouse, Miami, Florida.
