F CASE N0. 79-1186-FR MILDRED SMITH, Plaintiff, vs. LAWRENCE WALKER, Defendant. ORDER THIS CAUSE, having come on for hearing on May 23, 1980, upon the Rule to Show Cause filed in this action against LAWRENCE WALKER and LAWRENCE WALKER having Appeared in oven Court; the Court _ finds as follows: 1. That the Respondent, LAWRENCE WALKER, is gainfully employed and has the ability to pay all funds ordered by this Court and has had such ability during all times relevant hereto. 2. That the Respondent has failed to ,pay attorney's fees in the amount of $385.00 as ordered by this Court. 3. That the attorney for the Mother and LAWRENCE WALKER ' have stipulated in open Court to the following terms: (a) The Respondent shall pay $85.00 on the date of this hearing. (b) The Respondent shall pa}~ $70.00 per week until the balance due and owing is paid in full, on June 27, 1980. 4. That the Respondent,. LAWRENCE WALKER, is in contempt of ~ this Court for his failure to pay such attorney's fees. It is therefore ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt, LAWRENCE WALKER is hereby sentenced to /O days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, commencing on June 27, 1980, provided, however, he may purge himself at any time by paying the sum of $385.00 to Osborne Walker O'Quinn, Esquire, 201 South Second Street, Fort Pierce; Florida.
