to accept said money in the amount set forth above in the event
Respondent purges himself. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all and singular the Sheriffs ,
of the State of Florida shall and they are hereby ordered to arrest
the said LAWRENCE WALKER, and deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie
County, Florida, for execution of the above-described judgment and
sentence. The Clerk of the Circuit Court and this Court shall be
promptly notified of his arrest. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that LAWRENCE WALKER shall and he is
hereby ordered to pay $12.00 Court costs to Osborne Walker O'Quinn,
Esquire, at the address set forth above.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce,-St. Lucie County, Florida,
on this day of May, 1980.
