O R D E R
UPON HEARING the Husband's~Motion for Temporary Restraining
Order, and upon open hearing in the Court and argument of counsel, the
Court being fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the parties are restrained from
disposing of any and all personal property in their possession, acquired
during the marriage, pending Final Judgment. It is also
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Wife shall return to the
Husband, his AM/FM stereo, tools, tool case, knife sharpener, photographs
and black and white television set which he owned prior to the marriage.
It is

i ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that a temporary restraining order issue
i
immediately, and it does hereby issue, enjoin and restrain the parties
from entering the residence of the other spouse, and enjoining and re-
straining the parties from molesting, annoying or harassing the other
~ spouse, in any wa}? whatsoever, and that said temporary injunction shall
issue without bond.
DONE AND ORDERED in chambers at Fort Pierce, in St. Lucie
County, Florida, this ~ day of G 1980.
