That the Husband, EDWARD PHILLIPS, JR., be and he is hereby restrained and enjoined from molesting, harassing, annoying, interfering with or using physical violence bn the Wife, ELIT,ABETH c PHILLIPS. ( 2. That the Husband, EDWARD PHILLIPS, JR., be and he is hereby restrained and enjoined from damaging, breaking, destroying t E any of the personal property located in the marital dwelling at n }iii £uchannon Drive, Fort tierce, Florida, or any ©L the motor - a vehicles or the marital dwelling or the shrubbery or shrubs located on the real property upon which the marital dwelling is constructed. 3. That all and singular the Sheriffs of the State of Florida are directed to render such assistance to the Wife as may be necessary in insuring the Husband's compliance with this Order without further Order of this Court.
